Products & Pricing
- All product images are for illustration purposes. Actual product appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing differences.
- Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
- Products marked “Random Color” or “Random Design” will be shipped based on available stock. Specific color/design requests cannot be guaranteed.

Orders & Payments
- Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
- We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our primary payment method across Pakistan.
- Orders are confirmed via WhatsApp or phone call after placement.
- If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a full refund.

Shipping & Delivery
- We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan.
- Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (PKT) on business days are dispatched the same day.
- Free delivery is available on orders above Rs. 2,000. A delivery fee applies to orders below this amount.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
- You will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges
- We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Non-returnable items: Undergarments, opened beauty/skincare products, and items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page.

Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us on WhatsApp.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

- All content on this website — including logos, text, images, and design — is the property of The Value Mart PK.
- You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content from our website without written permission.

Limitation of Liability
- The Value Mart PK is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or events beyond our control.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
